1. This Order may be cited as the Detention Centre (Consolidation) Order.

2. The site and buildings situated at Shek Pik on the island of Lantau, New Territories, and hitherto known as Shek Pik Training Centre is appointed to be a detention centre and shall be known as Sha Tsui Detention Centre.
