(2) For transport only----

(a) wicker hampers with wicker bon-
nets; or
(b) stout slatted crates lined with suit- able protective material and with adequate protection for the neck of the container; or
(c) strong iron hampers with iron bon- nets, with not less than 12 mm of) packing material; the whole to be contained in a case, crate or ham- per unless the diameter of the base of the metal hamper is approxi- mately equal to the diameter of the top of the hamper; or
