(2) Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 101(1), 104, 106, 107, 110, 112, 120, 123, 127(2), 128, 130, 132 or 133 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $2,000 and imprisonment for 1 month.
(3) Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 100, 102, 103, 111, 113, 114, 115, 121, 122, 129 or 131 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $1,000.
(4) In the event of any contravention of any of the provisions of regulation 117, 118 or 119, the person at the material time in charge of the tank wagon in question shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $1,000 and imprisonment for 1 month.

PART VII
DANGEROUS GOODS IN CATEGORY 6 (SUBSTANCES WHICH BECOME DANGEROUS BY INTERACTION WITH WATER)
135. In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires-
"dangerous goods" means dangerous goods in category 6.
Interpretation.

136. (1) Every application, pursuant to any of the provisions of section 6 of the Ordinance, for any licence to manufacture or store any dangerous goods shall be made in writing addressed to the Authority and, in the case of any application for a licence to store any such goods, shall be accompanied by 2 copies of a plan, as nearly as may be to scale, of the store, and every such plan shall include the following particulars-
(a) the siting of the store;
(b) the material of which it is or is to be constructed;
(c) the means of ventilation; and
(d) such other particulars, if any, as the Authority may require to be shown on the plan.
(2) Every plan submitted pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) shall be accompanied by a statement in writing declaring the nature of the dangerous goods to be stored and the maximum quantities thereof in respect of which the licence is required.
