1. This order may be cited as the Companies (Exemption from Statement of Turnover) Order.

2. The business of taking deposits carried on by a company registered or licensed under the Banking Ordinance as a deposit-taking company is hereby prescribed as a class of business for the purposes of paragraph 16(2) in Part I of the Tenth Schedule to the Companies Ordinance.
