Order of discharge by the Governor.

By His Excellency

Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its dependencies.

To the Commissioner of Prisons,

Whereas one

is now in your custody as a fugitive criminal under the provisions of the Chinese Extradition Ordinance, (Chapter 235) and whereas it has been determined that no warrant shall be granted for the surrender of the said

: Now I do hereby order and require you to discharge the said
