幼兒中心雖經註冊,惟其所有人或經營人或任何其他人士並不因此而可免遵守建築物條例或與幼兒中心樓宇有關之任何其他條例之規定,且絕不影響或改變與幼兒中心所在樓宇有關之任何契約或規約。
