1. Domestic buildings and the domestic parts of composite buildings.

2. Schools.

3. Buildings which are a place of public entertainment.

The games areas including any swimming pool, changing rooms, toilets and other facilities open to the public, and the means of access thereto.

Rooms for disabled persons provided in accordance with item 11 of Part I and means of access thereto.
