46. Where several alterations have been made to the original design of a building and such alterations have been shown on amended plans submitted to the Building Authority for his approv- al, the Building Authority may require new plans to be delivered to him showing the building as it has been completed.

47. Every notice under section 25 of the Ordinance shall be accompanied by a block plan showing the size and position of the building, the number of the lot on which it is erected and its relationship to adjoining buildings.
