And whereas it has not been proved that the bankrupt has committed any of the misdemeanors or felonies mentioned in section 30 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance (Chapter 6), and proof has not been made of any of the facts mentioned in section 30(4) or section 31 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, or that the bankrupt has been guilty of any misconduct in relation to his property and affairs. It is ordered that he be and he hereby is discharged.
