ALLOWANCES TO JURORS ORDER

(Cap. 3, section 31)

[12 February 1971.]

1. This order may be cited as the Allowances to Jurors Order.

2. (1) The allowance payable under section 31(1) of the Ordinance to a person who serves as a juror shall be $90 in respect of each day during the whole or part of which he serves as a juror.

(2) The rate of allowance which may be paid under section 31(2) of the Ordinance to a person who serves as a juror shall not exceed $90 in respect of each day during the whole or part of which he serves as a juror.
