(2) The plans shall be available for inspection at the Land Office at Victoria during normal business hours.

5. Gaseous fuel only

(1) An owner or operator of a relevant plant shall not use fuel other than gaseous fuel in a relevant plant in the area in Sha Tin delineated and bound by a blue line on Plan No. FR/50/4 signed by the Secretary for Health and Welfare and dated 27 October 1988.

(2) The plan shall be available for inspection at the Land Office at Victoria during normal business hours.

6. Offence

An owner or operator of a relevant plant who contravenes regulation 4 or 5 commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding $20,000 and in addition, to a fine not exceeding $5,000 for each day on which the offence continues.
