CAP. 133] Agricultural Pesticides Regulations

(b) $70, in respect of an application for a licence under section 9 of the Ordinance;

(c) $70, in respect of an application for a permit under section 9 of the Ordinance;

(d) $70, in respect of a licence issued under section 9 of the Ordinance or, subject to regulation 9(4), regulation 9(3);

(e) $300, in respect of a permit issued under section 9 of the Ordinance or, subject to regulation 9(4), regulation 9(3);

(f) $70, in respect of the renewal of a licence under regulation 7(2);

(g) $50, in respect of a duplicate of a licence or permit issued under regulation 7(4);

(h) $70, in respect of the extension of a permit under regulation 7(3).

19. (1) Any person who without reasonable excuse fails to comply with regulation 8(2) or 9(2) or with any requirement under regulation 14 commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of $2,000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.

(2) Any person who contravenes regulation 10, 11, 12, 13 or 16 commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of $2,000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.

(3) Any permittee who fails to comply with any direction of the Director under regulation 17 commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of $2,000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
