(c) that in order to exculpate himself as provided in paragraph (b) the owner must satisfy the court that he took all such precautions to prevent the non-compliance as the court considers reasonable in the circumstances. (Added, 37 of 1981, s. 18)

29. The Director may exempt any aerial ropeway from all or any provision of this Ordinance or the Code subject to such conditions as he thinks fit.

30. Nothing in this Ordinance shall derogate from the Buildings Ordinance.

31. No liability shall rest upon the Crown or upon any public officer by reason of the fact that any aerial ropeway is subject to examination or to testing by a public officer under this Ordinance or the carrying out of any other work by a public officer pursuant to this Ordinance.
