Penalties and Citation

14. (1) Any person who contravenes by-law 1(1), 3(1), 5(1), 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12 shall commit an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $1,000.

(2) Upon conviction for an offence against any of the by-laws mentioned in paragraph (1), an order may be made for the removal of the advertisement.

(3) Any person who fails to comply with any such order shall be liable to a fine of $25 for every day that he is in default and to imprisonment for 3 months.

15. These by-laws may be cited as the Advertisements By-laws.
