Admission and Registration Rules

Provided that no order shall be made by the Chief Justice under this rule in respect of a person applying to be admitted as a solicitor unless the Society shall have been given such notice thereof and of the date of hearing as the Chief Justice may consider appropriate in the case and shall have been given an opportunity of being heard thereon.
