War Damaged Sites.

I am informed that there is therefore a breach by you of the conditions under which you hold the property from the Crown in relation to your covenants to maintain and repair a building on the land. You must therefore please state within a period of three weeks when you intend to rehabilitate the property to my satisfaction, and you must understand that if default continues the Crown can be given, by the Governor in Council, a power of sale additionally to the normal rights of the Crown following re-entry for breach of covenant.
