7. A set of instructions shall be issued to the Commissioner of Police for the use of his constables embodying the course of action recommended in the event of a trolley wire falling or the safety of the public being otherwise endangered.
8. Any person committing an offence against any of these rules or against any rule hereafter made under section 32 of the Ordinance, shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine of one hundred dollars for each offence: G.N.A. 93/51. Provided that in the case of a continuing offence the aggregate fine shall not exceed fifty dollars for each day during which the offence continues.
9. These rules may be cited as the Tramway Working Rules.
