Withdrawal of appeals.

92. Where under subsection (8) of section 14 of the Ordinance an appellant is entitled to withdraw his appeal, such withdrawal shall be effected by notice given to the Registrar and to the other parties, if any, to such appeal, within seven days after the leave referred to in such section has been obtained.

Orders of the court.

93. Where an order has been made by the court in any case under the Ordinance the person in whose favour such order has been made, or such one of them, if more than one, as the Registrar may direct, shall forthwith leave at the office an office copy of such order. The register may, if necessary, thereupon be rectified or altered by the Registrar.

94. Whenever an order is made by the court under the Ordinance the Registrar may, if he thinks that such order should be made public, publish it in the Gazette.

Fees.

The following fees shall be paid in connexion with applications, registrations and other matters under the Ordinance. Such fees must in all cases be paid before or at the time of the doing of the matter in respect of which they are to be paid-
