if his annual salary is £360 ($3,600) or more, $10.00 per hour or portion of an hour of attendance in court, with a minimum of $20.00
if his annual salary is under £360 ($3,600), $5.00 per hour or portion of an hour of attendance in court, with a minimum of $15.00
