4. Summer Time.

soever shall unless the contrary is expressly stated be deemed to refer to such point of time computed in accordance with Summer Time.

Nothing in this Ordinance contained shall affect the use of Greenwich Mean Time or Standard Time for purposes of astronomy, meteorology, or navigation or affect the construction of any document mentioning or referring to a point of time in connexion with any of those purposes.
