Public Health (Food).

Nature of Licence.

Fee.

(a) Restaurant Licence:

(i) in the City of Victoria, or in the districts of Causeway Bay, Whitfield, Quarry Bay, Sai Wan Ho and Shaukiwan, or in Kowloon (excluding Cha Kwo Ling) and New Kowloon (excluding Lai Chi Kok)

(ii) elsewhere within the Island of Hong Kong, and in Cha Kwo Ling and Lai Chi Kok

(b) Food Canteen Licence:

(i) in the City of Victoria, or in the districts of Causeway Bay, Whitfield, Quarry Bay, Sai Wan Ho and Shaukiwan, or in Kowloon (excluding Cha Kwo Ling) and New Kowloon (excluding Lai Chi Kok)

(ii) elsewhere within the Island of Hong Kong, and in Cha Kwo Ling and Lai Chi Kok

(c) Cafe Licence:
