This certificate may be endorsed, or withdrawn, at the discretion of the Postmaster General of Hong Kong in the case of misconduct or breach on the part of the holder of the regulations prescribed for the working of ships' stations. Unless so withdrawn it will continue to be valid so long as the Regulations of the Telecommunication Convention of Atlantic City, 1947, remain in force.
In case of loss of this certificate a report thereof and of the circumstances in which the loss occurred must be made to the Postmaster General of Hong Kong, in writing, as soon as possible.
Any person other than the owner thereof becoming possessed of this certificate should transmit it forthwith to the Postmaster General, Hong Kong.
