1. The following holders of British, Dominion and Colonial diplomas are approved for the purposes of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 4 of the Ordinance—

(a) any person duly registered as a pharmaceutical chemist or chemist and druggist under the Pharmacy Act, 1933;
