18. Any person who falsely represents that any goods are made by a person holding a Royal Warrant, or for the service of His Majesty, or any of the Royal Family, or any Government department, colonial or otherwise, shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine of one hundred dollars.

19. (1) The Governor in Council may make regulations

providing that in cases appearing to affect the general interests of the Colony, or of a section of the community, or of a trade, the prosecution of offences under this Ordinance shall be undertaken by the Crown or by any public officer, and pres-
cribing the conditions on which such prosecutions are to be undertaken.
(2) Nothing in this section shall affect the power of any person or authority to undertake prosecutions otherwise than under the said regulations.
