LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS RULES.

These rules may be cited as the Limited Partnerships Rules.
2. The fees payable to the Registrar of Companies under the Ordinance shall be as follows-
(a) on the original registration of a limited partnership the sum of twenty dollars;
(b) on the registration of a statement of any change within the meaning of section 8 of the Ordinance occurring during the continuance of a limited partnership-the sum of three dollars.
3. The forms in the Appendix to these rules with such variations as the circumstances of each case may require shall be the forms to be used for the purposes of the Ordinance.
