Hawkers.

3. There shall be six classes of hawkers-

(a) Class 1.-Stallholder hawker; (b) Class 2.--Fixed Pitch hawker;

(c) Class 3.-Pedlar hawker;

(d) Class 4.-Newspaper hawker;
