3. There shall be six classes of hawkers-

4. The forms of licence applicable to each class of

5. Any person requiring a licence shall apply to the
Application Secretary and furnish four copies of his photograph and pay the prescribed fee.
6. (1) The licence fees applicable to each class of
Licence Fees. hawker are prescribed in Appendix II which is divided into
two parts. Part I contains the fees for licensees trading on
the Island of Hong Kong. Part II contains the fees for
G.N.A. 224/50. licensees trading in Kowloon or New Kowloon.
(2) If any licence is issued by the Council, on or after
