FERRIES REGULATIONS.

Ferries.

1. (1) Section 3 of the Ordinance, is hereby declared to apply to the waters of the Colony.

(2) This declaration shall not have the effect of prohibiting the maintenance of any ferry between any single point in the waters of the Colony and any point or points outside the Colony.

(3) Any ferry point may be a point of radiation common to or used by more than one ferry.

These regulations shall apply to every ferry or group of ferries, and to every licence under the Ordinance, for the exclusive maintenance of any ferry or group of ferries.
