1. These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Sunday Permits) Regulations.
2. The following fees are prescribed-

(a) Register tonnage-
$
400 or under 75
Exceeding 400 but not exceeding 700 100
700 " 1,000 125
1,000 " 1,500 150
1,500 " 2,000 175
2,000 " 3,000 200
3,000 " 4,000 250
4,000 " 5,000 300
5,000 " 350
(b) Proportionate fees are hereby authorized, and shall be charged as follows-
Where the working is limited to-
(i) midnight to 6 a.m. one quarter of the scale fee
(ii) 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. one half
(iii) 6 p.m. to midnight one quarter
(c) The above fees shall be increased by a surcharge of 50% of such fees. G.N. 648/46.
