in identical containers;
(c) different goods shall not be packed in the same
container.
5.
Containers shall bear legibly and permanently

(a) a description of the contents (in the case of
Chinese type liquor the character (tsau)) at least four inches high; and
(b) if for export, adequate shipping marks, serial numbers and the words FOR EXPORT (or, as the case may be, EXPORTED ON DRAWBACK or SHIP'S STORES FOR ... or AIRCRAFT STORES FOR ...
[specifying the name of the ship or aircraft]) in letters not less than three inches high.
There shall be a sufficient number of such markings on each container to ensure that when containers are stacked one above another one set of markings at least is plainly visible.
