(a) search any such vessel, aircraft or place;

(b) break open any outer or inner door of any such place;

(c) forcibly enter any such vessel or aircraft and every part thereof;

(d) remove by force any person or material obstruction to any arrest, detention, search, seizure or removal which he is empowered to make;

(e) detain every person found in such place or on board such vessel or aircraft until such vessel or aircraft or place has been searched;

(f) inspect, seize, remove and detain any dog or cat or the carcase thereof or anything with respect to which an offence against any regulation made hereunder may appear to have been committed; and any such officer as aforesaid may shoot or otherwise destroy any dog or cat which appears to him to be suffering from rabies or other infectious disease or any dog which requires to be licensed and which does not appear to such officer to be licensed or under the control of any person.

(2) If a veterinary officer is of opinion that any dog or cat has been or may reasonably be suspected of having been in contact with any case of rabies or suspected rabies, he may destroy or authorize the destruction of such dog or cat.

6. No person shall obstruct any detention, arrest, search, seizure, removal, killing or destruction authorized by or under this Ordinance: Penalty: a fine of one thousand dollars and imprisonment for six months.
