Dentists Registration.

[8. 26 cont.] the discharge of their duties, be registered under this Ordinance but shall be exempt from the provisions of sections 8, 9, 11 and 13.

Exemptions.

(Cap. 161.)

27. (1) Nothing in this Ordinance shall operate to prevent the practice of medicine or surgery by a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Registration Ordinance.

(2) Nothing in this Ordinance shall operate to prevent the training of medical and dental students in the practice of dentistry under the supervision of a registered dentist in a hospital or dental school approved for the purposes of this subsection by the Governor in Council.
