Criminal Procedure.

FORM XXX.

CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 221 of the Revised Edition).

To The Honourable the Colonial Secretary.

To the Commissioner of Prisons.

This is to give you Notice that the above-mentioned

having applied for-

(a) leave to appeal to the Full Court;

(b) leave to extend the time within which he may give Notice

of Appeal or of an Application for leave to appeal;

(c) legal aid to be assigned to him;

(d) permission to be present during the proceedings in his

Appeal;

(e) his admission to bail,
