(4) If any person acts in contravention of an order made under this section, he shall, in respect of each offence be guilty of a misdemeanor triable summarily and liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for two years, or
22 of 1950, s. 3. on summary conviction to a fine of five thousand dollars and imprisonment for six months.

(5) The provisions of this section shall have effect notwithstanding that the person concerned may be criminally liable in respect of the matters on the ground of which the order is to be made.
