Fees.

COMPANIES (PRESCRIBED FEES) ORDER.

A.

(Cap. 32, section 2).

(Ordinance No. 39 of 1932).

[1st September, 1933.]

This order may be cited as the Companies (Prescribed Fees) Order.

2. The following fees shall be payable-

(a) for registering under Part III of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the Revised Edition) any charge required to be registered thereunder whether created by a company or existing on property acquired by the company

(b) for registering particulars of a series of debentures under the said Part III

(c) for registering the appointment of a receiver or manager under section 87 of the Ordinance

(d) for inspecting the register of charges-for each inspection
