93. In isolated places not provided with any public drainage system, every private drain or channel shall have its course and outfall constructed in such manner as the Building Authority may approve.

Every drain on private property shall be laid as directed by the Building Authority under the provisions of this Ordinance, and, upon its completion, every such drain shall be connected with the Government main sewer by the Director of Public Works, who shall have power to regulate the number and position of the connexions to be made.
