NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR RELEASE.

(Title.)

Take notice that I, the undersigned trustee [or late trustee] of the property of the bankrupt, intend to apply to the court for my release, and further take notice that any objection you may have to the granting of my release must be notified to the court within twenty-one days of the date hereof.

A summary of my receipts and payments as trustee is here annexed.

NOTE--Subsection (3) of section 94 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance (Chapter 6 of the Revised Edition), enacts that “An order of the court releasing the trustee shall discharge him from all liability in respect of any act done or default made by him in the administration of the affairs of the bankrupt, or otherwise in relation to his conduct as trustee, but any such order may be revoked on proof that it was obtained by fraud or by suppression or concealment of any material fact."

1. That the whole of the property of the bankrupt has been realized for the benefit of his creditors [and a dividend to the amount of per cent has been paid as shown by the statement hereunto annexed];

[or That so much of the property of the bankrupt as can, according to the joint opinion of myself and the committee of inspection, hereunto annexed in writing under our hands, be realized without needlessly protracting the bankruptcy, has been realized as shown by the statement hereunto annexed, and a dividend to the amount of per cent has been paid];

[or That a composition (or scheme) under section 25 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance has been duly approved by the court.]

2. I therefore request the court to grant me a certificate of release.
