(c) any part of Tai O outside the Tai O Cemetery or within an area shown on the plan deposited and which may be seen in the office of the District Commissioner, New Territories.

(2) Any person who acts in contravention of this rule shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine of one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for six months.
