1. These regulations may be cited as the Appointment of Examiners Regulations.
2. There shall be a Board of Examiners whose constitution, powers and duties shall be as prescribed by these regulations.
3. The Board shall consist of a Government Medical Officer, the Professor of Chemistry in the University of Hong Kong, the Government Chemist, the Chief Pharmacist, one non-Government Pharmacist.
4. (1) It shall be the duty of the Board to examine candidates for the Qualifying Examination whose names have been submitted by the Registrar as having complied with the provisions of the Ordinance.
(2) The certificate referred to in the Certificates Regulations shall be signed by any three members of the Board.
