(4) Every plan so made or corrected or a copy thereof marked with the date when it was so made or corrected shall be kept by the company at its principal office or place of business within the area of operation and shall at all reasonable times be open to the inspection of any person.

(5) The company shall if required by the Director supply to the Director free of charge a copy of every such plan, duly corrected so as to agree with the original kept at the principal office or place of business of the company.
