1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Midwives Ordinance, 1910.

2.-(1) Every woman who not being certified and enrolled under this Ordinance takes or uses any name, title, addition or description implying that she is certified and enrolled under this Ordinance shall be guilty of an offence.
