1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Gunpowder and Short title. Fireworks Ordinance, 1901.

2. In this Ordinance,

(a.) Factory magazine

means a building for keeping the

gunpowder or fireworks made in the factory;

(b) "Fireworks" means what is usually understood by the

term fireworks and includes Chinese crackers;
