Short title.
No. 5 of 1875. EXTRADITION (HONG KONG).
by the Counterfeit Currency (Convention) Act, 1935; AND WHEREAS it is expedient to provide a more convenient method of administering the Extradition Acts, 1870 and 1873, as so extended, in this Colony:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Extradition (Hong Kong) Ordinance, 1875.
Powers of
2. All powers vested in or acts authorized or required to be done under the Extradition Acts, 1870 and 1873, as so extended, by the Secretary of State, in relation to the surrender of a fugitive criminal, may, in respect of this Colony, be exercised and done by the Governor.

3. All powers vested in or acts authorized or required to be done under The Extradition Acts, 1870 and 1873, as so extended, by the police magistrate, in relation to the surrender of a fugitive criminal, may, in respect of this Colony, be exercised and done by any magistrate.
4. Every prison for the time being set apart as such under the Prisons Ordinance, 1932, shall be a prison for the purposes of this Ordinance and of the Extradition Acts, 1870 and 1873, as so extended.

An Ordinance to consolidate and amend the laws relating to the recovery of Crown debts, fees, and forfeitures.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Remedies Ordinance, 1875.
2. Whenever any person makes default in payment of any sum of money due or payable by him to the Crown in respect of rent, or of any assessment for rates, or of any fees or forfeitures, or of any instalment thereof, the Treasurer may
