Emergency Regulations.

Short title.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922.

Power to make regulations.

2.-(1) On any occasion which the Governor in Council may consider to be an occasion of emergency or public danger he may make any regulations whatsoever which he may consider desirable in the public interest.

(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of sub-section (1), such regulations may be made with regard to any matters coming within the classes of subjects hereinafter enumerated, that is to say-
