1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Boilers Ordinance.
Short title.
2. In this Ordinance-
(a) "Accident" includes an explosion of a boiler and any damage to a boiler or any part thereof calculated to weaken it and render it liable to explode;
* The provisions of this Ordinance, which are set out in full in the Schedule to the Law Revision Ordinance, 1939, have been rearranged, amplified and re-enacted.
