SUPREME COURT.

12. In all cases in which, by any law in force within the Colony, any judicial or other act is directed or authorised to be performed by the Chief Justice, such act may be performed by any other judge, and if so performed shall, subject to the provisions of section 23, be as valid to all intents and purposes as if the same had been performed by the Chief Justice.
