(b) whenever execution or other process issued on a judgment, decree, or order obtained in any court in favour of any creditor, at law or in equity, in any proceeding instituted by such creditor against the company, is returned unsatisfied in whole or in part; or

The period of incorporation was originally for 21 years from the date of the Ordinance but it was continued for a further term of 21 years by No. 5 of 1887 as amended by No. 18 of 1901, and for a further period of 21 years commencing from and including the 14th August 1908 (i.e. till and including the 13th August 1929) by No. 6 of 1907. As amended by No. 10 of 1922 and Law Rev. Ord., 1923.
