REGULATION OF CHINESE.

55. All copies or extracts of or from any register or public record kept in the office of the Secretary for Chinese Affairs for the purpose of this Ordinance, and purporting to be sealed with the seal of the said office and to be certified as true copies or extracts by the Secretary for Chinese Affairs, shall be received in evidence in all courts in lieu of the originals.
