No. 6 of 1916.

REGISTRATION OF PERSONS.

(b) to make regulations requiring the notification to the Captain Superintendent of Police of changes in any of the particulars specified in the Second Schedule.

6. Every person who acts in contravention of or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Ordinance or of any regulation made thereunder shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars and in the case of a continuing offence to a further fine not exceeding ten dollars for each day during which the offence continues.

(2) Consular officers of foreign states.
