43. Every person who-

Breaking into building part of a dwelling-house and occupied therewith, but not being part thereof, according to the provision hereinbefore mentioned; committing felony.
(1) breaks and enters any building, and commits any felony therein, such building being within the curtilage of a dwelling-house;
or,
(2) being in any such building, commits any felony therein, and breaks out of the same,
shall be guilty of felony, and shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding fourteen years, and, if a male under the age of sixteen years, with or without whipping.

44. Every person who-
Breaking into dwelling-house, etc., and committing felony.
(1) breaks and enters any dwelling-house, school house, store, shop, warehouse, godown, or counting-house, and commits any felony therein; or,
(2) being in any dwelling-house, school house, store, shop, warehouse, godown, or counting-house, commits any felony therein and breaks out of the same,
shall be guilty of felony, and shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding fourteen years, and, if a male under the age of sixteen years, with or without whipping.

Every person who breaks and enters any dwelling-house, church, chapel, meeting house, or other place of divine worship, or any building within the curtilage, school house, store, shop, warehouse, godown, or counting-house, with intent to commit any felony therein, shall be guilty of felony, and shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding seven years.

46. Every person who-
Being armed with intent to break into dwelling-house, at night.
(1) is found by night armed with any dangerous or offensive weapon or instrument whatsoever, with intent to break or enter any dwelling-house, or other building whatsoever, and to commit any felony therein; or
(2) is found by night having in his possession, without lawful excuse, any picklock, key, crow, jack, bit, or other implement of housebreaking;
