1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Foreign Copper Coin Ordinance, 1912.

2. The importation and circulation of all kinds of copper or bronze coins, other than those specified in Her Majesty's Order in Council dated the 2nd day of February, 1895, and published in the Gazette of the 30th day of March, 1895, and other than Chinese cash, are prohibited.

†As amended by Law Rev. Ord., 1924. Revenue officers may arrest without warrant in respect of offences against the provisions of this Ordinance. See No. 2 of 1917.
